[See FC(LOCAL) for information on attendance areas and the open enrollment program.]

Transfer of Children of District Personnel

  1. Has been truant;
  2. Failed to maintain satisfactory conduct;
  3. Failed to maintain passing grades;
  4. Failed to be punctual; or
  5. Committed an act considered by the principal to be prejudicial to the best interests of the school.
