False Accusations

The District recognizes that false accusations of sexual harassment or sexual abuse can wrongly damage the reputation of an accused employee, and are disruptive to the District's operations. Thus, knowingly made false accusations may constitute misconduct for which appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, may be imposed. [See DH]
