FOB(LOCAL) - STUDENT DISCIPLINE: OUT-OF-SCHOOL SUSPENSION

Note: This local policy has been revised in accordance with the District's innovation plan.

Maximum Length

In accordance with the District's innovation plan, the District is exempt from the state law limiting a suspension to no more than three school days. The principal shall determine the length of a student's suspension based on the offense.
