BKB(LOCAL) - ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION: LINE AND STAFF RELATIONS
The Superintendent or designee shall make the necessary administrative decisions. The Superintendent shall organize the administration in order to:
Secure clear understanding of the functions of each administrator and of the relationship between and among them.
Establish clear lines of communication, both vertically and horizontally.
Establish the necessary councils, cabinets, and committees to provide for efficient operation of the schools. Each such group shall be given particular responsibilities, and channels shall be established so that the recommendations or decisions of each group can be heard and reviewed by the chief administrator concerned and, where appropriate, by the Board.
