CCD(LEGAL) - LOCAL REVENUE SOURCES: RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BONDS

The board may acquire, construct, improve, equip, operate, and maintain gymnasiums, stadiums, or other recreational facilities on behalf of a district. The facilities may be located inside or outside of a district. To provide funds, the board may issue revenue bonds to be paid from and secured by liens on and pledges of all or any part of revenues obtained from rentals, rates, or charges from these facilities as provided by Education Code Chapter 45, Subchapter B. Education Code 45.031, 45.032 [See CCA]
