CRG(LOCAL) - INSURANCE AND ANNUITIES MANAGEMENT: DEFERRED COMPENSATION AND ANNUITIES
Representatives of insurance companies and deferred compensation or annuity programs shall not be permitted to solicit participation on school property or school time.
The District shall not allow direct marketing activities in the form of general faculty presentations, meetings, or phone calls during the school or workday.
Representatives and vendors shall be required to furnish promotional information and necessary forms to the District's third-party administrator for distribution to District personnel. The third-party administrator shall maintain a copy of all promotional information and shall notify the payroll department of all payroll deductions.
The District's third-party administrator representatives shall be required to have prior approval from the benefits coordinator in order to be on school property.
Representatives shall wear school badges for identification.
The District rules for solicitation are posted at all campuses and in all departments.
