DBE(LOCAL) - EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS: NEPOTISM

No employee of the College shall be hired or promoted into any position that would encompass supervisory responsibilities, including hiring, evaluation, advancement, and compensation decisions and/or recommendations, of any other employee who is related by blood within the third degree, or by marriage within the second degree. [See specific examples in DBE(EXHIBIT)]

If two employees establish a personal relationship that would result in the type of work relationship prohibited in the paragraph above, one of the two employees will, by mutual agreement, be reassigned.
